Squeeze the lime juice and set aside until use.

Chop everything on your cutting board.

Drizzle the lime juice over all the chopped ingredients and add salt to taste. Stir to combine.

Pico de Gallo goes on everything. My favorite is on molletes, or open-faced Mexican sandwiches.
