Pescado en Salsa de Chiles

INGREDIENTS

Water Dried California chili Dried Ancho chili Chipotle pepper in adobo sauce Olive oil Cod fillets Onion Garlic Lime juice Salt

Rehydrate the chili pods in warm water and let them cool, blend them until smooth. Don’t forget to taste for salt.

Make the sauce

Lime juice will add freshness, despite the fact that I’m using frozen fish. Somehow, the sauce takes that frozen flavor away.

Squeeze the lime juice

Season the fish with salt and add onion to the pan. Add chili sauce, garlic, and lime juice. Cook. Serve with lime wedges and rice.
