Season the beef steaks


Season the beef steaks with salt and pepper. Be sure not to get a cut of meat that's not too fatty.

Prepare a breading process


Dip the meat into the whisked egg bowl, then place it to the breadcrumbs bowl, pressing to cover both sides.

Cook the Milanesa


You can either fry or bake the meat. Traditionally, it is fried. Get your oil nice and hot and fry it for 3-4 minutes.

Drain any excess of oil.


Place the fried Milanesa on a paper towel. Do you see how much oil came out of it? Too much oil can spoil.

It's ready to serve!
