Season the beef steaks with salt and pepper. Be sure not to get a cut of meat that's not too fatty.
Dip the meat into the whisked egg bowl, then place it to the breadcrumbs bowl, pressing to cover both sides.
You can either fry or bake the meat. Traditionally, it is fried. Get your oil nice and hot and fry it for 3-4 minutes.
