Unsalted butter (softened) Powdered sugar Vanilla Salt Flour Toasted pecans Powdered sugar
Cream the butter and add the powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Add the flour in slowly, and don't forget to scrape down the sides.
Add the toasted pecans. Stir to combine. Form a small ball in your hands and place on a lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Then, let the cookies cool on a cooling rack.
Roll in powdered sugar. Set aside and repeat with the remaining cookies.
