All purpose flour Eggs Milk Vegetable oil Vanilla Orange zest Salt Baking powder Ground cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 425°. Beat the eggs and sugar together, then slowly drizzle in the oil, and add the milk and vanilla.
Add orange zest (if using), then add slowly the dry ingredients. Mix on low and fill in the muffin pan. Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
You can serve them with café de olla or a big cup of champurrado. Mantecadas are so easy to make and so easy to enjoy!
