Thin spaghetti Creme fraiche or sour cream Frozen green peas Salt
Make the spaghetti according to the package instructions. One minute before the pasta is ready, add the frozen green peas. Drain both together.
In a large bowl, add the pasta, peas (or whatever veggies you are using), crème fraîche and salt. Mix together well and serve.
In this recipe, I used a little salt for the pasta for flavor. You can use whatever you have at home, if you don't have it, you can also buy it online (Affiliate).
I sometimes add grated parmesan, diced ham, or pieces of bacon to make it a more complete meal.
