Dried Mango Recipe with Chili

INGREDIENTS

– Mangoes – Tajin (or your favorite chili powder)

Peel mangoes and remove cores. Then, slice into ¼ inch thick pieces.

Slice the mangoes

Set air fryer to the lowest temperature. Arrange mango slices evenly in the basket. Ensure mangoes are sweet; if not, wait to ripen for better results.

Place the slices in

Cook mango slices for 2-3 hours until desired dryness. Generously sprinkle with Tajín or your preferred chili powder.

Cook until dehydrate

If you prefer, dip dried mango in chamoy, drizzle with lime, or add your favorite popcorn seasoning insted of tajín. Enjoy during mango season as a tasty snack.
