Chicken Torta


Chicken strips Lime juice Garlic clove Olive oil Ground cumin Ground oregano Salt Pepper Sliced avocado Pickled jalapeños Mayonnaise Telera bread rolls


In a large glass container, add chicken strips, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight. Then cook the chickenstrips.

Marinate the chicken strips


Slice the bread in half. If you can’t find teleras, you can use bolillo or a large roll.

Use a Telera bread


Spread mayonnaise on the two inner sides of the bread halves. On one half add layers of the ingredients and cover with the other half.

Assemble the torta
