Chicken strips Olive oil Onion Garlic Chipotle peppers in Adobo Crema Mexicana Cup milk Salt
Slice the chicken breast into strips like the kind for fajitas. Season them with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil and add the chicken to the pan. Add onion and garlic and cook until the chicken is no longer pink and the onion is translucent.
In a blender, add the chipotle peppers, crema Mexicana, milk, and salt. Blend until smooth and taste for salt. Then, add sauce to the skillet.
Serve this Pollo al Chipotle with white rice. Or, serve it next to calabacitas or broccoli.
