Champiñones a la Mexicana


Oil Onion (diced) Jalapeño Tomatoes (diced) Mushrooms (cleaned and sliced) Garlic clove (finely minced) Salt Ground pepper Cilantro (chopped)


Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the onions and spicy peppers. Cook for 2 minutes before adding the tomatoes. Cook for 2-3 more minutes before adding the mushrooms, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Once the mushrooms are soft and golden brown, turn off the heat and add the cilantro.
