Olive oil Beef Salt Ground pepper Cumin Oregano Onion Potatoes Tomato paste Tomatoes Garlic Serrano peppers Beef bouillon Water
Chop up the beef into 1-inch pieces. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and cumin.
Heat the oil in a large stock pot, then add the beef and onion. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the juices are released.
Add the tomatoes, serrano, onion, and garlic to the blender, then add bouillon and water. Blend until smooth and pour the tomato sauce into the pot.
Add the raw potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the tomato paste and stir to combine. The tomato paste will thicken the sauce.
