INGREDIENTS
Butter Oil Shrimp Onion Jalapeño Garlic Tomatoes Chicken bouillon or Salt Ground pepper Cilantro
Start with butter in a skillet. Oil can be used instead of the butter, or a combo of the two.
Cook this for a few minutes until the onion is opaque.
No one likes a dish that’s too spicy and inedible. Try adding only half the jalapeño.
Add the tomatoes, garlic, chicken bouillon, and ground pepper. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, this will create a thick salsa.
Clean and devein the shrimp and add them to the sauce. Cook until the shrimp are pink.
At the very last minute, add the chopped cilantro and give everything a good stir.
Serve with rice, lime wedges, and a dozen tortillas. Or make it keto, paleo, or carb-friendly, and serve with a salad.
