California Burrito


Salt Pepper Paprika Ground cumin Dried oregano Garlic Lime juice Oil Outside Skirt Steak Burrito-sized tortillas Refried Beans Frozen French fries Sour Cream Guacamole Salsa Shredded cheese


Add all the marinating ingredients into the plastic bag. Add the outside skirt meat to the bag and mix well. Place the meat in the fridge at least for 4 hours.

Marinate the meat


Heat the oven and bake the fries according to frozen package instructions.

Bake the french fries


Cook on each side for 6-8 minutes for medium-rare meat. Look for the grill marks before turning.

Grill the Skirt steak


Once it is done cooking, let the meat rest for 10 minutes. Tent it with aluminum foil while you’re doing this.

Slice the steak


You can use as many or as few of these as you like.

Prepare the filling ingredients


Spread a thin layer of refried beans, add a portion of the sliced meat, and add a portion of the french fries, guacamole, Mexican red salsa or Salsa verde, whatever you prefer, Sour Cream, and Shredded cheese.
