Bean tacos dorados

INGREDIENTS

Olive oil Jalapeño Onion Pinto beans Bean juice Salt Garlic Corn tortillas  Oil

Prepare the beans

Heat the oil, add the onions and jalapeño. Then add the beans, bean broth, garlic, and salt. Mash until smooth.

Warm up the tortillas

They need to be flexible enough to bend, or they will break and tear

Make the tacos

Fill the tortilla with the beans, fold over and seal with the toothpicks. Repeat until you are out of ingredients.

Fry them

Heat the oil and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Drain excess oil

Place on a paper towel to drain any excess oil. Remove the toothpicks before serving.

Add your favorite toppings

You can add lettuce, tomato, onion, cilantro, radishes, salsa, lime juice, and more, to your liking!
