Baked Potato Flautas

INGREDIENTS

Potatoes medium-sized Water Salt Ground pepper Tortillas

Make the potato filling and let cool completely.

On a flour tortilla, add some of the potato mixture. Roll up the tortilla. If the tortillas are cold, warm up them in the microwave for 30 seconds, so they are pliable to roll.

Assemble the flautas

Place on a lined cookie sheet. Be sure to place the flautas with the seam down.

Prepare for baking

Turn and bake for an additional. Traditionally, this dish is fried.

Bake in the oven
