INGREDIENTS

Prepare the tomato sauce

Add the tomatoes, onion, garlic, chicken bouillon,  water, and blend until smooth.

Toast the rice

Heat the oil in a stockpot, add the rice, and toast it, stirring constantly.  Add the onion 1 minute before the rice is ready.

Add the tomato sauce

Add garlic, cumin, bouillon, tomato sauce, water, and stir to combine.

Let it cook

Cover the pot and let it cook for 12 minutes on medium.

Let it cook
