INGREDIENTS

Bacon slices Beef strips Diced onion Diced red bell pepper Diced green bell pepper Salt Pepper Garlic Jugo Maggi Shredded cheese

In a large skillet, add bacon and cook it for about 3 minutes. Then remove it and place it in a large dish.

Cook the diced red bell pepper and green bell pepper for about 2-3 minutes. Remove and place them in the large dish with the bacon.

Time for the diced onion to cook in bacon fat for about 1 minute, then remove it. Place it in the large dish too.

Add salt, pepper, garlic, and some Jugo Maggi. If you don’t like it, you can omit it. Cook for about 4 minutes, until the meat is no longer pink

Cook the beef strips

Return all the ingredients from the large dish to the pan and mix well.

Mix everything

Pile shredded cheese on top of the meat mixture. Take the large skillet and place it under the broiler, or put a lid on the skillet for a minute until the cheese melts

Serve your Alambre de Res with your favorite salsa, tortillas. Provecho!
