Tacos de Camaron
These Tacos de Camaron are the simplest, easiest and most flavorful shrimp tacos! Packed with flavor and ready in under 30 minutes.
Servings: 4 people
Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, add all the spices to the shrimp.
Toss and coat well.
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add the shrimp and cook for 1 minute.
Add the onion and garlic.
Stir to combine.
Cook for 4 minutes, or until the shrimp are no longer pink.
Meanwhile, heat up a griddle for the tortillas.
Warm the tortillas. 1-2 minutes on each side.
To the center of the tortilla, add some shrimp, using your best judgement.
Top with chopped cilantro and enjoy!
For a little more heat, add ½ teaspoon minced chipotle peppers in adobo.
Store shrimp in an airtight container in the fridge.
