Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chocomil (or chocomilk powder mix)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

If you can't find Chocomil, you can also use Nesquik or any chocolate powder mix available.
Other great additions: a splash of vanilla and a pinch of cinnamon.
