  • 1 inch turmeric root
  • 1 inch ginger root
  • 1 inch cinnamon stick
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a stock pot.
  • Cover and bring to a boil.
  • Boil for 5 minutes.
  • Let steep for 2 minutes.
  • Drink warm.
