Paletas de Mango
Paletas de Mango are sweet Mexican popsicles. They are made with real fruit and require only 3 ingredients.

- 3 cups mango (chopped)
- 1 juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or as needed)
Place the mango, lime juice, and sugar in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Taste for sugar.
Add more if needed.
Pour the mango mixture into the popsicle molds.
Add the stick and place in the freezer.
Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
Run water over the popsicle to unmold.
Pull gently to release the mold.
Enjoy!
Lime juice is optional. You can use a splash of water instead.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar at a time until you reach the deserved sweetness and taste.
