Creamy Strawberry Paletas

Creamy Strawberry Paletas (or Paletas de Fresas con Crema) are frozen Mexican popsicles made with fresh, ripe fruit. These yummy treats are guaranteed to satisfy your sweet tooth on warm summer days.

  • Rinse the strawberries.
  • Remove the stems and dice into very small pieces.
  • Set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk the sweetened condensed milk and milk together.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the strawberries.
  • Add the strawberry mixture to each popsicle mold.
  • Fill each mold, leaving enough room for the stick.
  • Place the stick in the mold.
  • Freeze for 4-8 hours, depending on your fridge.

Notes

Swap Out Options: Instead of milk, you can also use half and half, whipping cream, or yogurt.
Freezing depends on your fridge. Be sure to let the mold freeze for at least 4 hours.
