Mexican Fruit Cups

Mexican Fruit Cups are made of fresh fruit drizzled with lime juice and sprinkled with Tajin. Tart, tangy, and bursting with flavor. They are a healthy snack perfect for kids and adults too.

  • ½ watermelon
  • ½ cantaloupe
  • 2 cucumbers
  • ½ jicama
  • ½ pineapple
  • 3 limes
  • ½ cup Tajin (or more, if desired)


  • Cut the fruit into long spears.
  • Discard the peels.
  • Place a few spears of each of the fruit into 4 separate cups.
  • Drizzle each cup with lime.
  • Sprinkle with Tajin.
  • Serve and enjoy.



You can also add mango and/or coconut.
