Sincronizadas - melted OOEY GOOEY cheese and slices of ham between two warm tortillas. Only 3 ingredients and ready in minutes. An easy and yummy recipe that’s great for busy weeknights or quick lunch!!

  • On a hot griddle, place a flour tortilla.
  • Top of the tortilla, add 2 slices of ham.
  • Add 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Top with another flour tortilla.
  • Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Flip. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Notes

Pro Tip: Use shredded cheese to cook faster. 
If you use ham steaks, they will take longer to cook. 
Use any cheese that melts well: Monterey Jack, Oaxaca, Chihuahua, Asadero, Manchego, or Mozzarella.
