Instructions

  • Ad the water and the dried oregano to a stock pot.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Turn heat off.
  • Let steep for 5 minutes.
  • Strain the leaves.
  • Cool slightly before drinking.

Notes

Some people will add lemon and honey to their tea. 
This is your basic recipe, but you can also add:
  • Mint
  • Fresh ginger root
  • Tumeric root
  • Chamomile
  • Cinnamon Stick
