PB & J Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 serving Protein Powder
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 4-6 Cubes of Ice

Instructions

  • Prepare Strawberries by cutting off stem.
  • Place all ingredients in Blender or Individual Smoothie Maker.
  • Blend until smooth and frosty to your preference.
  • If too smooth, add more ice or fruit.
  • If too thick, adjust by adding more milk.
  • Enjoy

Notes

 This recipe that has all of the flavors of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich but without all the added sugars
