On top of fish or alone with chips, Salsa de Piña, or Pineapple Salsa, is absolutely delicious and incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 can diced pineapple drained
  • ½ jalapeno finely diced (if using)
  • ¼ red onion finely diced
  • ½ bunch of cilantro chopped
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together. Taste for good measure.

Notes

Instead of canned pineapple, try fresh pineapple.
