  • Any ingredients required on the box
  • 1 bag frozen blueberries
  • 1 lemon - rind and juice
  • Powdered sugar


  • Pour dry containers of the cake box in a large bowl.
  • Add the frozen blueberries and toss to cover.
  • Add the ingredients required on the box.
  • Add the lemon rind and juice.
  • Mix well. Serve batter into well-greased cake pans.
  • Bake at temperature and time noted on the package.
  • Let cool and top with powdered sugar.
