White Bean and Olive Dip

A healthy and easy dip that will help your kids eat their veggies or serve as an alternative to hummus at your next party. Your kids and guests will love it.

Ingredients

  • 1 can navy beans drained
  • 1 large clove garlic
  • 1 jar roasted red peppers drained
  • juice of half a lemon
  • pinch cayenne
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup mixed olives pitted and roughly chopped

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add navy beans, garlic, roasted red peppers, lemon, cayenne, salt and pepper.
  • Pulse until well combined.
  • While the machine is on, add oil slowly. Process until smooth.
  • Transfer to a small bowl.
  • Chop up olives and fold into the bean mixture.
  • Serve and enjoy.
