White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies

White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies are simply delicious. Serve with a tall glass of milk and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup light brown sugar firmly packed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 2 eggs or 4 egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • In medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well, set aside.
  • In large mixing bowl, blend sugars and butter.
  • Add eggs and vanilla.
  • Blend until combined.
  • Slowly add the flour mixture.
  • Then add macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips until combined.
  • Don’t overmix.
  • Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 12 minutes.

Notes

If you are looking to lessen the calories to your White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies, you can switch out the 2 eggs for 4 egg whites.
