White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies
White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Cookies are simply delicious. Serve with a tall glass of milk and enjoy!
Servings: 2 dozen
- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup light brown sugar firmly packed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter softened
- 2 eggs or 4 egg whites
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 300°F.
In medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well, set aside.
In large mixing bowl, blend sugars and butter.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Blend until combined.
Slowly add the flour mixture.
Then add macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips until combined.
Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 12 minutes.
