- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 strawberries sliced
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk or unsweetened almond milk
- Honey optional
Heat quinoa in the microwave for a few minutes.
Warm up the milk.
Divide quinoa in 2 bowls.
Top each with fruit and almonds.
Drizzle with honey (if using).
Add warmed milk.
