- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 strawberries sliced
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup almonds
- ½ cup fat-free milk or unsweetened almond milk
- Honey optional
Heat quinoa in the microwave for a few minutes.
Warm up the milk.
Divide quinoa in 2 bowls.
Top each with fruit and almonds.
Drizzle with honey (if using).
Add warmed milk.
