Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 strawberries sliced
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup almonds
  • ½ cup fat-free milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • Honey optional

Instructions

  • Heat quinoa in the microwave for a few minutes.
  • Warm up the milk.
  • Divide quinoa in 2 bowls.
  • Top each with fruit and almonds.
  • Drizzle with honey (if using).
  • Add warmed milk.
  • Enjoy.
