Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts diced into 1-inch thick
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Chimichurri

Instructions

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet.
