Pico de Gallo

Pico de Gallo is a delicious appetizer or use as a yummy topping to ramp up your tacos, taquitos, and other favorite Mexican dishes.

Ingredients

  • 2 to matoes finely diced
  • ¼ onion finely diced
  • 1 Jalapeño finely diced
  • 1 garlic finely minced
  • Half bunch of cilantro chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Chop everything and add to a bowl.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Serve.
