A classic Michelada is made of beer, lime juice, hot sauce and more. It’s a spicy traditional cocktail that’s perfect for any fiesta.

  • 1 can or bottle dark Mexican beer
  • Dash of Jugo Maggi
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup Clamato
  • juice of 1 lime
  • handful of ice
  • salt for garnish


  • Rub the lime on the rim of the beer mug.
  • Dip the mug in the salt.
  • Add ice, Jugo Maggi, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Clamato, and lime juice.
  • Lastly, add the beer.
  • Stir to combine.

Use a hot sauce like Tabasco, Valentina, or Tapatio. 
Clamato is tomato juice. You can also substitute for V8.
