Goldfish Chicken Nuggets
Don't throw away the crumbs at the bottom of the bag! Instead, you can make a yummy dinner or appetizer like these Goldfish Chicken Nuggets. The kiddos and adults will absolutely love them.

- 3/4 cup Golfish crushed
- 1 egg
- ½ lb chicken cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ cup oil
- 1 green onion tops only
Crush Goldfish by hand or in a food processor.
Place on a large plate.
In another plate, add egg and beat.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Dip the chicken into the egg, then into the Goldfish.
Fry 2 minutes on both sides.
Drain on a paper towel and serve.
Top with green onions.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
Remember to wash your hands after handling chicken. And the surface too.
