Cuban Sandwich
When you have leftover pork roast and deli ham in the fridge, you make a
Cuban Sandwich
with several pieces of cheese to make your mouth melt.

Ingredients

tablespoon
butter
2
slices
bread
1
tablespoon
yellow mustard
2
slices
Swiss cheese
2
slices
dill pickles
thinly sliced
¼
cup
leftover pork
2
slices
Hillshire Farm Deli Ham
Instructions
Heat griddle on low heat.
Butter one side of each bread.
On the non-buttered side, add mustard, then cheese, pickles, pork, ham.
Top with the bread, making sure the buttered side is up.
Place buttered side of the sandwich on the griddle.
Let cook for 4-5 minutes, checking often making sure it is not burning.
Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
It is ready when the cheese has melted.

Notes
Cuban Sandwiches are made with Cuban bread rolls. However, you can also use regular rolls.
