Ingredients

  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1 celery stick chopped
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • ½ bunch spinach
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions

  • Add everything into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

Notes

You can have it either for breakfast or lunch.
Honey is optional. Or, substitute for any sugar alternative - agave, Stevia, maple syrup. 
Vegan option: Use almond milk instead.
