Ingredients

  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 banana peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon sugar (if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place milk, sliced banana, sugar (if using) and vanilla in your blender.
  • Process until you have a very smooth consistency.
  • Pour in glasses and dust with cinnamon.

Notes

Pro Tips:

  1. Make sure to use ripe bananas. They lend a natural sweetness and creaminess to the smoothie.
  2. Add cinnamon for both a garnish and an extra layer of flavor.
  3. You can add some protein powder for a post-workout energy boost. Or use chia seeds or even hemp seed.
  4. If your smoothie is too thick, add a bit more whole milk to adjust the consistency.
  5. Serve your smoothie chilled for the best taste.
Sugar is totally optional, depending on the sweetness of the banana. Swap out for your sweetener of choice - Stevia, honey, agave syrup, etc.
