- 2 cup milk
- 1 banana peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoon sugar (if needed)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Place milk, sliced banana, sugar (if using) and vanilla in your blender.
Process until you have a very smooth consistency.
Pour in glasses and dust with cinnamon.
Pro Tips:
- Make sure to use ripe bananas. They lend a natural sweetness and creaminess to the smoothie.
- Add cinnamon for both a garnish and an extra layer of flavor.
- You can add some protein powder for a post-workout energy boost. Or use chia seeds or even hemp seed.
- If your smoothie is too thick, add a bit more whole milk to adjust the consistency.
- Serve your smoothie chilled for the best taste.
Sugar is totally optional, depending on the sweetness of the banana. Swap out for your sweetener of choice - Stevia, honey, agave syrup, etc.
