Brochetas de Camarón

Soak the wooden skewers in water. Minimum 20 minutes.
Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, add the olive oil and all the spices.
Add the shrimp.
Toss and coat well.
To a skewer, line with shrimp, red bell pepper, and onion.
Repeat until the skewer is full.
Continue assembling until there are no more ingredients.
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill.
Cook for 4-5 minutes, 2 minutes on each side. Or until the shrimp are no longer pink.
Serve and top with chopped cilantro. Enjoy!

Use either large or jumbo size shrimp.
Marinating the shrimp is recommended but not necessary. Only marinate for 30 minutes, or the shrimp will begin to cook.
