- 1 lb beef strips
- ½ tablespoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon ground oregano
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cayenne (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 tablespoon oil
- ½ onion sliced
- 1 garlic clove finely minced
- 1 green bell pepper sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
- 2 limes (juice)
Rinse the beef strips and pat dry.
Sprinkle with cumin, oregano, cayenne (if using), chili powder, salt, and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add beef and cook for 4 minutes.
Stir occasionally. You want a good sear on the beef.
Add the peppers, onion, and garlic.
Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the peppers are soft.
Turn heat off. Squeeze lime juice all over the beef and peppers.
Stir to combine.
Serve with tortillas, salsa, and enjoy!

Use all the bell peppers, a combination of two, or choose one and use more of it. It's up to you and personal preference.
