Remove the wrapping from the chocolate tablets.
Place in a pot.
Add the whipping cream.
Cook under medium to low heat.
Stir constantly until the chocolate has melted.
Serve with all your favorite dipping ingredients.
Mexican chocolate is not ideal for chocolate fountains. It will not thin out completely as regular chocolate.
How to Substitute Mexican Chocolate:
Equal amounts of semisweet chocolate + ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon + a drop of almond extract.
