  • Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Place corn tortillas on a sheet pan.
  • Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Turn and brush with more oil and sprinkle with more salt.
  • Place in the oven for 4 minutes.
  • Turn and bake for an additional 4 minutes.
  • Let cool before adding the toppings.
