corn tortillas

olive oil
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place corn tortillas on a sheet pan.
Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Turn and brush with more oil and sprinkle with more salt.
Place in the oven for 4 minutes.
Turn and bake for an additional 4 minutes.
Let cool before adding the toppings.
Notes
Store tostadas in a sealable plastic bag at room temperature. They last up to 3 days.
