Cook pasta according to the directions on the package.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
In the meantime, salt and pepper the fish.
Place fish in the skillet and cook 3 minutes on each side.
With a spatula, break up the fish into pieces.
Add the jalapeño, onion, more salt and pepper.
Cook until the onion is translucent, about 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat.
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, and a dash of salt.
Taste the yogurt sauce for good measure.
Add cooked pasta and yogurt sauce to the fish and mix well.
Top with chopped cilantro.
