Roasted Garlic Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can drained artichokes or you can use thawed ones too
  • 3 cloves of roasted garlic
  • ¼ cup caramelized onions
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon grainy mustard
  • Dash of oregano
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a food processor, add all the ingredients and pulse until completely combined. Serve with sliced baguette.
