Boar Nachos with Chipotle Crema

Wild boar meat topped with a creamy and spicy chipotle cream sauce. It's worth trying a bite of these delicious nachos.

  • For Boar Meat:
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 lbs of cooked Wild Boar deboned leg meat cut into 1-inch pieces
  • ¼ cup ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground oregano
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ onion diced
  • 1 garlic minced
  • For Nachos:
  • tortilla chips
  • lettuce optional
  • tomatoes optional
  • cheddar cheese optional
  • cilantro optional
  • sliced Jalapenos optional
  • pickled carrots optional
  • corn optional
  • salsa optional
  • For Chipotle Crema:
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 chipotle finely minced
  • pinch of cumin
  • salt and pepper


  • For Boar Meat: Heat oil. Add boar meat, cumin, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir for 2-3 meats until crispy. If you are using uncooked meat, season as above and add ½ cup of chicken broth to cook thoroughly. Set aside.
  • For Nachos: Put all desired ingredient on plate. Top with meat and chipotle crema. Enjoy.
  • For Chipotle Crema: Mix all ingredients together. Set aside.
