- ½ box of thin spaghetti
- ¾ cup creme fraiche or sour cream
- ¼ cup frozen green peas
- salt
Make the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
One minute before the pasta is ready, add the frozen green peas.
Drain the spaghetti and the peas together. Don’t worry if they are still frozen. They will finish cooking with the heat from the pasta.
In a large bowl, add the pasta, peas (or whatever veggies you are using), crème fraîche and salt.
Mix together well and serve.
Easy peasy!
Depending on what your kids like and don’t like, you can add ingredients to it.
