Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana- fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup low fat milk

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients in the blender.
  • Blend on high for 2-3 minutes or until everything is fully blended.
  • Pour and enjoy!
  • Note: You can use either a fresh or frozen banana for this.
