  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Oil the grate.
  • Place on the grill on indirect heat and cook for 10-15, depending on the thickness of the ribs.
  • Turn ribs for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  • Check temperature with thermometer.
  • They are ready when they reach 145 degree F.
  • If they read anything less than 145 F, turn them one last time on the grill.
  • Watch them carefully.
  • Until they reach 145 F.
  • Serve with a side of BBQ sauce.

Notes

You can create your own rub, or make buy it.
Rub the spice on the ribs and leave them overnight in the fridge, or minimum 1 hour. You want the meat to absorb the spices.
