Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Oil the grate.
Place on the grill on indirect heat and cook for 10-15, depending on the thickness of the ribs.
Turn ribs for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Check temperature with thermometer.
They are ready when they reach 145 degree F.
If they read anything less than 145 F, turn them one last time on the grill.
Watch them carefully.
Until they reach 145 F.
Serve with a side of BBQ sauce.
You can create your own rub, or make buy it.
Rub the spice on the ribs and leave them overnight in the fridge, or minimum 1 hour. You want the meat to absorb the spices.
