In a large skillet, add butter and onion.
Lower heat to low.
Next add the pinto beans.
Mash until smooth.
Add the jalapeno, garlic powder, salt.
Add the cream cheese.
Stir and cook for 1 minute.
Next add the mozzarella and crema mexicana.
Stir to combine.
Cook for 1 minute.
Taste for salt.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Enjoy!
Instead of Mozzarella you can use queso oaxaca.
