Ingredients

cups
strawberries
sliced
1
cup
crema mexicana
2-3
tablespoons
sweetened condensed milk
(use more if the strawberries are not fully ripe)

tablespoons
sugar
optional
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Slice strawberries and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the crema mexicana (or heavy cream, if using).
Add sweetened condensed milk, sugar (if using), and vanilla.
Whisk until combined.
To serve, place strawberries in a bowl.
Pour cream sauce over the strawberries.
Serve immediately.
Or, place in the fridge until ready to serve.
